2016 term 2 Reading programme, level 4
To work with students through guided reading SHARP programme to learn comprehension and retell strategies.
We will use journals and other reading age appropriate texts as a tool for reading, in conjuction with Hiton Ayery activities to strengthen understanding of text after group discussion.

use 'I think it means' to unpack each sentence to develop deeper understandings
develop rhythm for reading as a group using this process
