It's all about movement
Link to Course Overview
There is, again, the opportunity for two assessments, and one continued from terms 1 and 2.
This course will run for term 3 and the beginning or term 4.
The practical aspect of the assessment is yet to be confirmed, but we will also be diving into the the anatomy, biomechanics and exercise physiology of the body during movement in physical activity. Learning the ins and outs of what makes us more move efficiently and how our bodies work to allow this.
This course requires a large amount of theory so classes will be split between theory work in 4.4 and practical in either the gym space on level 4, OR off-site.
1.1 (full year course)
Alongside this we will continue with the influences on participation in physical activity that we have been moving through for the first 2 terms.
