Improving fitness
In this course I will be taking students in various physical activities and sports in order to increase their fitness and physical activity, I will make these classes fun and make sure students have a say in what sports they do and don’t want to be involved in. My goal for this class is to increase their fitness and change their attitude towards physical activity to a positive view so that they have been encouraged to take a sense of responsibility and participate in physical activities or sports not only at school but outside of school as well.
