Let's take some time in our busy days to become physically active. It is widely known that physical activity improves your mental and emotional, physical, social and spiritual well-being. So let's get out there and try some new and fun physical activities.
In this course we will do a wide range of physical activities and students will be central in deciding what these are.
This is a practical PE course for senior students. It is not focused around NCEA. There may be the opportunity to gain some credits but this is completely up to the individual student as lessons will not cover them.
