Healthy & Delicious
Do you want to make healthy choices with your eating habits but aren’t sure how? Do you know what healthy eating really is? Do you hear people talk about their ‘keto’ and ‘gluten-free’ diets, and at this point you’re too afraid to ask what that means? Then this class is for you!
In this class we will explore how to make healthy, easy and delicious meals and how to accommodate those with different dietary needs. We will also be creating a cookbook of tried and true healthy recipes!
Keep in mind that no devices will be allowed in the kitchen, and very little use in the classroom. There will be high expectations for responsibility, behaviour and trust in this class both in and out of the kitchen.
