This course will run during homebase time Wednesday - Friday.
Over term 1 we will be working towards the following:
- Setting goals and developing resilience
- A group dance to be performance ready
- Yoga / meditation
- Diet and food planning and preparation
Students need to take part in all sessions to be successful in gaining the credits.
