Kia ora tīma!

We are slowing down the pace and taking time to look after ourselves and our wellbeing.

We will explore everything from yoga, mindfulness colouring, calming breathing techniques and from time to time high energy games.

This will predominantly be in the classroom, hopefully O-Studio, and on beautiful sunny days, outside!
