TA Writing support Term 1 2016
Children will gain confidence in writing independently. They will have good phonological skills and have a bank of sight words.
At each session Sam and Isaac are given the option of completing/extending classroom work or writing another piece of their own with support.
Isaac is mostly able to write independently with encouragement to maintain focus and a quiet environment, with small amounts of direct teaching given on an as needed basis.
Sam is supported to hear and record sounds and to use high frequency words as he writes.
