This class will provide an opportunity to enhance your well-being.
It will start with some simple yoga or tai chi exercises to slow your breathing.
Then you will do some adult colouring while listening to quiet music.
Colouring has the ability to relax your brain and induces the same sense of calm as meditating. It allows you to put everything aside and be in the moment.
