During this course students will research, plan and bake in a sustainable way.
Students will need to come to class with covered shoes, hair tied back and be willing to wear an apron.

There may be a cost associated with this course.

Note from Sarah:
My intention of the course is to be sustainable by; reducing waste, and utilising resources we have around the city to create food for ourselves and those that might be in need of a wee pick me up. I.e. Foraging in the red zones and taking donations from those that have excess and might otherwise might have gone to waste. I had not intended to make it vegan as such, but there is nothing stopping groups within the class to do this if they so choose. It might just be more expensive for the ingredients that we can't find naturally.
