ALGEBRA

Algebra provides us with a set of skills that help us think logically and critically.
Scientists have applied algebra to do such things as send rockets into space, break the encryption of the enigma machine and programme computers.
In this class we will consolidate content from Level 4 and introduce some new skills.
Later in the term we will look at how graphs fit with algebra.

There is an expectation that students will have studied algebra at curriculum level 4.
A quad book is essential.
