Grip it and Rip it! - Racket Sports
Context - individual racket sports - tennis, pickleball, table tennis, badminton, speedminton, squash
In this period we will focus on the range of different sports that involve a racket. Small, large, fast, slow. Let’s give them all a go, developing our hand-eye coordination and the extension of our limbs by using a paddle to hit something so that someone else can hit back to us. Working together will develop our individual skills and we can start to have some fun rallys together.
You must bring clothing to run around in. You may be expected to run to different locations in the city area to make up the time we need to have full and complete PE sessions. This is also part of the PE experience to help increase our physical fitness.
