Athletics, gymnastics, fitness, yoga, climbing, olympic lifting.

This PE class is targeted towards year 7 & 8 students.

In this time we will develop personal skills within individual sports and/or activities. These will range from athletics events, gymnastics, conditioning and fitness workouts, yoga, climbing and maybe some weight lifting. You will sweat, puff and be in discomfort on occasion. You will learn about the human body and how it functions. You will learn how to improve your skills with goal setting so you feel confident in your own personal development.
