How can I improve my skill?
Have you ever wondered what you need to do to improve a particular skill? Do you need to widen your stance, lower your centre of gravity, aim the ball higher?
In this course we will look at the biomechanics behind how a skill is performed. Specifically we will learn about balance and stability, projectile motion and force summation.
We will do this through a variety of different sporting contexts and you will have some say over this.
