Yoga and wellness
This course differs from previous PE classes offered by Steve and Craig - there will be not be any games offered or competitive elements to this course. Please consider this carefully and know what type of class this is before signing up. If you think you would enjoy Yoga and other wellness sessions, then this is totally the class for you!
Steve and Craig have co-constructed this class and will jointly facilitate it. Our focus will be split between a full Yoga session at 0 studio on Mondays, and then a class based wellness session on Wednesday's.
The Monday sessions will be taken by a qualified instructor from the O Studio and Wednesday's by Steve or Craig.
Wednesday's sessions could include but are not restricted to...meditation, emotional intelligence, natural therapies, nutrition, Maori medicine and tree bathing (https://time.com/5259602/japanese-forest-bathing/).
