Have you ever had a coach/teacher/leader that got the best out of you? What was it they did that worked?

In this course you will learn different styles of leadership and coaching. You will work with younger students to put these theories into practice. You will run sessions and reflect on your practice.

The level 3 course focuses mainly on different styles of leadership while the level 2 course focuses on implementing strategies to help you coach.

The course will run over 3.1 and 3.2.
