Information literacy (Part 2)
This course builds on the information literacy work begun in 2.1.
Information literacy is all about knowing when you need information, where and how to find it and how to tell if it’s useful. It’s also about using and communicating your information and doing so ethically. These are skills which are essential for living and learning in the 21st century.
In 2.2, students will complete their information literacy assignment. Some students may choose to develop their research findings into a piece of formal writing or a speech for further NCEA credits.
