Continue to build daily fitness with games and skills workshops around various sports as listed below..

Workshops in week 1-3 Athletics skills
- skills of run, jump, throw - High Jump, Long Jump, Sprinting, Shot Put, Quoit Throw
Workshops in week 4 & 5 Cricket skills
- Skills of bowling, batting
Workshops in week 6 & 7 Tee Ball skills
- skills of hitting off a tee, throwing, catching, pitching to a batter
Workshops in week 8 & 9 Rackets
- skills of hitting, returning over an object and two a location, hand/eye coordination
