Run / Jump / Throw - Athletics Training:
Together we will develop the skills that will lead to success around the different track and field events. These training sessions can lead into the school athletics day and Canterbury Champs. You do not have to complete to be in this class but you will gain a great knowledge of what your body is able to do. The class will include a complete training session of warm up, technical application and cool down. This is the basic structure of any physical activity and can be changed depending on the sporting/fitness context. My passion is athletics and I competed as a decathlete and I coach it with great technical knowledge.
