Health, fitness and sporting pursuits have a range of fundamental movements that can be expanded on. Let us together develop those skills of running, jumping, throwing, hopping, skipping, galloping, balancing, striking, kicking, etc. A forward roll can be perfected and explored further towards a flip. Why not right! We can only try. We will break down all the basic skills and see why they are important and we will perfect them and then expand them. This could be the best PE session for any one that isn’t always keen on PE but wants to give it a go and improve on the basics. Movement for life is essential, so why not get the basics right.
