ETHICS
How ought one to live their life? Who should decide? In this course we will examine key ethical theories and analyze a religious response to a real-world problem.

Philosophy of Language (not offered in 2020)
What is language? Can we think without language? What is it about words that make them mean things? These questions are asked in the philosophy of language. In this course we will discuss the roll that language plays in productive, systematic thought and ask the central question: does the brain come pre-wired with an innate language of thought?
