This course is for Year 12 and 13 students who have yet to gain the 10 credits for NCEA Level 1 Numeracy.
Three standards are necessary to gain this qualification and one standard will be taught each term.
Term 1 - Numeric Reasoning ( all those essential skills - fractions, percentages, rates GST etc )
The topic will be assessed by a 4 credit internal.
For students requiring the credits for one or two other standards - you will work on a negotiated standard and work independently in class with my support.
