INSPIRE - Lets Train Hard
We have an hour to aim for excellence. Train for a sport or event; or train simply because you want to feel great.
We will support each other and we will push each other. This is no walk in the park, this is pushing your limits. The aim is to find them and then break them over and over again.
We will use the school and local surroundings of the city to do gym work, plyometrics, sprinting, core conditioning and cardiovascular work.
You must come prepared for rain, hail or snow; with suitable training gear and footwear. Tuesday/Thursday will be the same.
