In this class, we’ll do a novel (or novella) study, with the aim of encouraging reading as a hobby.

The books will all be geeky and sci-fi and fantasy and maybe horror, with fairly adult themes. If you’ve chosen this class, you should be able to engage in books worthy of study at a senior level!

We’ll start by sampling several books, before the class votes on which one to pursue more in-depth. There’ll be lots of discussions, and lots of reading aloud by students.
