Being outdoors usually improves people's wellbeing, and I think it is only logical that it is also the best place to learn about it. We will incorporate wellbeing ideas into an entire day spent outside and include an element of walking (you must be fit enough for at least 2 hours' walking) as well as a discussion around different ways of learning and goal setting each day.

Note: If you choose this option you will also be spending PINS and T4L with me. We will likely team up with Braden's Aroha programme for some days.
