We will explore our wellbeing and look at options for feeling good. We will learn about the Ao Tawhiti wellbeing model (the hand) and about the elements of good mental health. Activities might include investigating our family history and creating a family tree, yoga, music, sleep diary and playing board games. Activities will be decided by the group.
