This course is for people who like the feeling that different spaces and places can give us. Learn how to be calmer and in the present moment anywhere. We will go off campus and play with the energies we find in different places such as around plants and trees in the botanical gardens, concrete areas with people moving past, old buildings, new buildings and open grassy areas and maybe more.

By tuning in to yourself and the spaces you are in and doing simple tai chi exercises learn how to feel really good anywhere.
