Continuing on with working on mindfulness and doing yoga to help us focus and be aware with out surroundings
This class is open to anyone who is looking to learn a little bit about how to destress the mind and body. Please note that you are required to wear comfortable active wear. If you have a yoga mat you would like to bring to class you are more than welcome to bring that along as well.
