During this block we will be focusing on clearing the mind and doing mindfulness activities and yoga to practice meditation and relaxation. In this class we will be looking at how the brain works under stress and what the harmful effects of stress can be for the body.

This class is open to anyone who is looking to learn a little bit about how to destress the mind and body. Please note that you are required to wear comfortable active wear. If you have a yoga mat you would like to bring to class you are more than welcome to bring that along as well.
