Pre requisite of this course is to have completed term one and two of the level two art program.
Prior knowing for term three is to have a thorough study of existing folios from previous successful candidates. This is a link to NZQA: http://www.nzqa.govt.nz/qualifications-standards/qualifications/ncea/sub...

This course concludes at the end of term three with some final layout adjustments in the first two weeks of term four before your final submission date. This date is to be advised.

Process:
You will reflect on the work you have already generated. Be prepared to regenerate ideas through a process of analysis, synthesis, clarification, refining. You work will continue to develop around your theme and to be presented in systematic series on two A1 folio boards. Your theme will need to show that you understand the conventions of your chosen artist models. Do not be afraid to introduce/regenerate again through this process. This may mean researching further to help clarify and regenerate for this last stage of your project.
Questions to ask yourself: What is my next step? How will I regenerate my ideas? Who are my artist models and why have I chosen them? How will I synthesis, refine, clarify the medium and converntions I am working with?
Which series will I start or conclude in the first weeks of term three?
