Statistical analysis is an amazing tool for unpacking and understanding the world around us. Scientists use stats to determine how likely an event is to occur and to determine if one thing leads to another. Statisticians are skilled mathematicians who look at all kinds of information, process it and use it in many different ways.
Over the next 5 weeks we are going to develop our learning in this area by looking at something called bi-variate data. Essentially what we will be doing is looking at 2 sources information and determining their relationship to each other.
