This term, we'll do some creative writing (and possibly script writing, and possibly even film design, and possibly even formal writing for keen students) based on our study of 'Ender's Game' by Orson Scott Card.

**New students to the course should have read 'Ender's Game' before the block starts!**

We'll also continue our NCEA standard on personal responses to texts - so throughout the year, you'll be expected to independently read/view and reflect on some interesting texts of your own choosing. By the end of this term, we'll have completed the six responses required.

*Parental Warning* - the written texts we study will be age-appropriate for Y11 students and upwards, and some of the visual texts in this course will be R13.
