Carbon is a key ingredient for life on Earth. Living things, both plants and animals, are carbon-based organisms, and even deep beneath our feet, large reservoirs of carbon exist. The forms of carbon in the air are causing environmental and health issues, such as global warming and respiratory problems. The carbon cycle connects all of these aspects of our world. We'll look at how carbon is both added to and removed from our atmosphere, how it can be stored, and how the carbon cycle affects us.

This course will give you the scientific knowledge to understand the causes of Climate Change and what solutions are being discussed to slow it down.
