What's for Dinner (3.1)?
Have you ever wanted to impress your family and friends by cooking them a three course meal? We will spend five weeks learning how to cook healthy snacks and starters and dinners and desserts which will give you the confidence and skills to plan, prepare and cook a three course meal. This course is a repeat of the 2.2 course. There may be a few new recipes but the focus is the same.
We will cook for at least one lesson a week in groups of three or four students and will learn about eating a balanced diet.
1) Priority will be given to those students who missed out in 2.2.
2) This course is a repeat of the 2.2 What's For Dinner course.
3)There is a fee of $20 to cover the cost of ingredients. If you need help with paying this, please come and see Jill in accounts who can help.
4) Due to the size of the kitchen, there is a limit of 24 students on the course.
