Have you ever wanted to impress your family and friends by cooking them a three course meal? We will spend five weeks learning how to cook healthy snacks, starters dinners and desserts which will give you the confidence and skills to plan, prepare and cook a three course meal.

We will cook for at least one lesson a week in groups of three or four students.

Notes:
1) There is a fee of $20 to cover the cost of ingredients. If you need help with paying this, please come and see Jill in accounts who can help.
2) Due to the size of the kitchen, there is a limit of 24 students on the course.
