In a team situation, you will demonstrate interpersonal skills. These interpersonal skills may include effective communication, cooperation, giving and receiving feedback and feedforward, acceptance of diversity, inclusiveness and problem solving.

The assessment is based on your demonstration of these skills and how you explain the effect that they have on the functioning of your team.

You will keep a video diary at the end of each lesson to reflect on how your use of interpersonal skills is impacting your team.
