Students will continue to use the Story Telling model to explore how to write narratives.
Students will:
listen to stories,
retell stories,
act out stories,
map stories.

Students will learn how to include deeper features in their writing including using:
direct speech,
using punctuation for meaning, from full stops to question marks, brackets and apostrophes,
descriptive language,
emotive language.

This will be supported by individual goals from the Literacy Progressions that will be in each child's writing book and LMS.
